The creators of this book have several goals. We will not list them all, but will highlight four here. First, we consider it important to preserve and protect our Lincoln heritage. That begins with protecting the these historical sites which are landmarks of American history. These places are important locations for educational purposes and the inspiration to all people.
Second, we want to highlight the efforts of organizations and individuals who have dedicated there time, resources, and efforts to preserving and protecting our heritage. Several individuals have worked tirelessly and independently, using their own resources in this effort.
Third, we are working with many museums, organizations, historic sites, and independent stores with the sales of the book. The sales are generating income that is helpful to many of these locations.
Forth, another goal with this book was to have it 100% printed, bound, and produced in the United States. More information about this is included on the copyright page. The book is also 100% FSC Certified, which is a critical certification.
